No two tutus are alike!! They can be made with one, two, or three colors for no extra charge!! Gems, flowers, bows etc...can be added to the tutus for an additional 12.00. Each tutu is made of yards and yards of shimmer tulle, and have elastic waistbands that will grow with your child!!
